SHIPPING

UNBLND is a Belgium based brand and all orders are shipped from our atelier.

We are happy to announce that shipping to Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg is free of charge for orders exceeding €200.

We wish to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping and aim to have your orders to you within 3 – 10 business days.

Please note that UNBLND is only available for shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do our very best and try to get your order as fast as possible to your address.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Brussels time) will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. During the busier periods, the large number of orders can result in longer delivery times. Please be patient with us. For the moment we are a small team.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

All customers will receive a tracking number once their order has left our atelier.

Shipping within EU & Worldwide

We would be more than happy to send our items to you somewhere in the EU or the whole wide world!

For European Union countries shipping costs are €20. Orders above €400 are free of charge for EU countries.

If you want your package to be delivered outside the EU, just send an email to info@unblnd.be and we can see if we can arrange it for you. Please note that our company is not responsible for extra tax or customs costs.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at UNBLND, we really hope that you love your recent UNBLND purchase!

However, we understand that you may wish to return or exchange an item. For this you have to do so within 14 days of receipt. All items should be unused and unwashed, original hangtags and attached seals should be attached to the item. Items returned to us in non-salable condition will not be refunded. The item has to be returned in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we can not cover the return cost, but we are happy to send you an exchange item (for the amount you have purchased before) or give you a refund for the purchased item. Please note that original shipping charges, if separately charged, are non-refundable.

Before you return your parcel, please notify us by e-mail at returns@unblnd.be of your wish to return or exchange goods. Be sure to mention the full description of your purchase, your order number, reference of the goods, and the reason for the return in your email. If you want another item or size, please let us know what size you want.

In order to provide the smoothest possible service, please email returns@unblnd.be with ‘Returns’ and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body. (Feel free to do this in Dutch if you like!)

 Refunds will be processed within approximately 2-4 business days. After the arrival of the refunded goods, the refund will be done to the original payment method.
